Just to give you some background, I am 26 years old with combination dry and oily skin (particularly my t-zone.) I do not have wrinkles yet, but previously noticed some very faint fine lines on my forehead that I know if I didn't take care of right now, would eventually get worse.

Derma E Pycnogenol Moisturizing Creme
I picked this cream up at a local health food store. This moisturizer claims to be anti-aging and diminishes fine lines and wrinkles. The package says it contains "50 times the antioxidant power compared to Vitamin E, yet is gentle enough for all skin types....It also aids in supporting collagen and elastin health and protects the skin from free radical damage." You apply this cream to your face and neck after your regular cleansing routine.
